You can now make VoIP calls and chat on Facebook . You can use it to talk with your friends, but you may also use it to create conferences, meetings etc..
To use the video chat you must add this application: Video Chat – agree to the terms of service and choose which friends you want to start video chat.
Finally, click on accept / allow to start the webcam:
