We have already reported two ways to monitor your friends list and see who has removed you from their friends (How to find out who unfriends you on Facebook). Today we announce a third method, a new site, in & out.
Like other similar sites, in & out, once registered will monitored your list of friends, and every time you revisit the site recheck your friends and their prompt you if someone is lost, or if someone has removed.
